A great experience. We found Catherine extremely helpful through the whole process. We were selling Dad's house to pay nursing home fees and had her in to assess the property prior to the renovations so we had an idea of what to expect. The renovations almost complete and the hail storm hit. Catherine was extremely patient as the slow process of the repairs from hail damage were concluded. We were inconstant contact during the process updating her as to progress. 18 months after the initial consultation we got the house to market. The process was quick and she handled all the paperwork and recommended solicitors etc for reports and contracts. We achieved a sale that covered all Dads bills and more so he is now set. We could not have done this without Catherine's help. It was great to know the sale was in such great hands. We highly recommend her to anyone selling a property

Catherine made the process of selling our home so simple. She was upfront with us and engendered a trust I have not experienced with other real estate agents. Catherine gave us all the information we needed, took into account our needs, and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. At all times, we felt she was working in our best interests. Catherine Halloran was excellent in all aspects of selling our property. She provided exceptional knowledge and much needed guidance throughout the process of preparing and selling our home. During this time she even made herself available to assist us with answering questions about other property we wanted to buy (outside of our written agreement). There were times that I felt overwhelmed with the situation and just wanted it to be over - Catherine followed my instructions and at the same time worked behind the scenes securing substantially higher offers than what we first expected. She was honest, punctual and professional at all times. I can't thank you enough. I would absolutely recommend Catherine for all your real estate needs - she also has a vast array of reliable contacts to assist, should your needs fall outside the scope of her normal duties.

A big thank you to Malcolm and the Upside team for an outstanding job selling my much loved and precious home. As a novice seller following an extremely difficult time in my life, I really appreciated Mal’s personalised approach and kindness. From his valuable tips on preparing my home for sale to providing me with comprehensive information about the process, nothing was too much. My many questions were answered with confidence and professionalism. My insecurities laid to rest! Mal’s prompt communication following open houses and auction, any queries I may have had, or providing me with updates about the sale of my home was never a problem and highly valued. His Upside team of Tori and Cameron also provided valuable assistance keeping me up to date with my campaign. The website information was also of great benefit. Even during unsociable hours, I could always log on to catch up on the progress of my sale. In my opinion this is THE way for contemporary real estate to go. Lastly, hats off to Upside for introducing the fixed price fee. From the beginning I knew what I was up for, hence no stress about how much commission I was required to pay. Amazing agent, exceptional outcome! After searching and meeting several agents to sell our home, we came across Catherine and the Upside team. We had not previously heard of Upside before other than seeing they had sold a number of properties in our area. We made the last minute decision to meet with Catherine and I'm so glad we did! Catherine was so easy to work with, she provided us with plenty of advice and set a realistic and manageable timeline. It helped move us through the process quickly, but did not make us feel rushed in any way. For someone who normally has plenty of questions, I didn't have any as Catherine kept me well informed and up to date throughout the whole process. We only needed one open home and the following week we had accepted an offer higher than what we were expecting! Had it not been for Catherine I certainly don't think we would have achieved this. The fixed-fee model was certainly a plus, a set fee which included all the marketing material (photography, brochures, sign-boards etc.) meant there were no surprise costs later down the track to get the house ready to go. The online portal made it very easy to track the interest in the property along with the inspections that took place. We have already recommended Catherine and Upside to others and would definitely use them again in the future.

Totally Professional We engaged Ken to sell our mum and dads house after they moved into a retirement village. Ken was very thoughtful and considerate when dealing with my parents, taking the time to explain his selling strategy with them. He was always very professional in his dealings with us and provided in depth feedback on the people who came through the open house viewings.
